Auggie's Meat Processing, LLC is a USDA Certified and Custom Exempt butcher plant and retail store. We take pride in our customers and products we sell. We are a small family-owned company that is here to help keep the food on your tables. We specialize in beef, pork, and lamb but we will consider other products as we grow bigger.
Generate excitement
We butcher home grown, locally raised beef, pork, and lamb to sell in our retail store. We make our own sausages, jerkies, and anything else you can come up with. We also love challenging ourselves with trying to make your ideas come to light. Please feel free to ask about anything, we are here to help.
Close the deal
We take pride in our work and customers’ orders. We also stride for fast turnaround times with the best possible care. Butcher beef takes about 2 weeks maximum (depending on holidays and weekends, might take a few days longer), custom orders, such as sausage, jerky, beef sticks, and more orders, takes anywhere from 3-7 days depending on the amount and products we have on hand. Please come and visit, we love meeting and hearing from new customers.
